Wow, has it been long? Or wad? o.0 But i got a seriously gud excuse dis time around. I was hving my exam. Hehe. To be precise, I m STILL hving my exam. After so long of not posting, suddenly coming here again feel so akward xD
So anyway, 2day i wanna share with u all the secret of my exam preparation namely;
"WC EXAM PREP TIPS"
Destressing
Function : To de-stress DUH!
Purpose : So that you can relax and be at your best during d exam
Action : Play game. Have fun. Watch movie. Whichever u enjoy d most ^^
Duration : 7 hours a day
Reason : Bcoz u wouldnt wanna suffer mental breakdown from too much stress rite
Mental Relaxation
Function : To calm down the mind
Purpose : So that you can have a clear mind during exam
Action : SLEEP!!!!
Duration : 12 hours a day
Reason : Bcoz u nd all d rest u need to handle d tough exam!
Physical Recharge
Function : To recharge your body especially your dominant hand
Purpose : So that you have enough energy to write nonstop during d exam
Action : Eat, rest, Drink water, poop, bath
Duration : 5 hours a day
Reason : Bcoz we all know how tiring writting can be!
Dis is my secret to success in exam. I start doing it wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy before my exam, n i still continue doing it even after my exam coz my motto is; "you can never be too prepare". In fact, my entire life, im preparing for exam! You too, should try it^^
